The fishhooked guy tries to stop the Killer and he is hitted again with the hammer on the face, blood gushes in an abnormal matter. A woman tries to run away but her head is hammered too the camera spins and a headless body is seen. then it shows her head as we are supposed to believe the scene was shot from her point-of-view, as her eyes are still blinking then her head and headless body is seen graphically laying in a pool of blood.

-Two men struggle in a train-car, glass is broken, a hammer is used to beat one of the men's hand, a man is stabbed, and then one of them is shot by another man blood pours and sprays in a close-up.
